What if there is a problem with our delivery?
You just need to login into your account and speak to us via online chat or you can email us direct on support@trkd.io
How do I pay for my delivery?
We use Stripe as our payment and gateway and we do no hold any of your payment details. Stripe will hold the amount you have authorised. Once your delivery has arrived, click the arrived button in the app or on the app then TRKD will ask Stripe to send payment to our driver.
Do I have to download the App?
No but you may find it useful as you can check where you delivery is and driver can contact you directly via the app.
How do verify your drivers
We follow the same process as you would do open a bank account online. We validate their driving licence and ask for proff of insurance and address.
